Serious Dancers 13-19 Years Old
Every Summer we offer Summer Intensive Program for both our Upper and Lower Division Students and Intermediate to Advanced students County-wide! These Workshops are Regularly Taught by Our Current faculty members as Well as Our Guest Summer Teachers and SPAA Alumni. Recent Instructors have had professional careers as dancers or teachers with American Ballet Theater, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Moscow City Ballet, Texas Ballet Theater and the Washington Ballet. Current Pre-Professional Program Students Levels IV-VII are invited to attend this program. Recreational Students may also attend with permission from the Ballet Mistress. All Students not currently attending SPAA must audition for placement and acceptance. Students unable to attend a live audition must submit and application for acceptance . Housing with one of our welcoming host families will be available for out of town students.Students located outside of the San Diego area and unable to audition in person should submit an application which will be posted by December 2009.
