Scripps Performing Arts Company, Youth Company (formerly the Super*Kids)
The Company is Being Reorganized Under the New Non-Profit Organization. Please Check Back Regularly For Updates!
“A company of children dedicated to children’s awareness of environmental concerns, world health and peace, and most of all, community service.”
Imagine kids everywhere, working as a team through the creative, integrated curriculum of the Arts. As we educate and encourage these children to reach beyond their potential, we create winners. These children will prevail as a new generation of healthy, self-assured, expressive young people. They will develop the confidence to share their knowledge wi th others as they expand their horizons and create a better place for all of us. Who are they? They are the Scripps Performing Arts Company!
Scripps Performing Arts Company is a small company of selected dancers and artists who regularly perform in our annual production of The Nutcracker, Spring Production, and various touring performances throughout the year. There is a separate Company for the Musical Theatre students and the Ballet students. These children will have the opportunity to perform and share with the community their enthusiasm for life. Once in the company, the children will begin rehearsing and perfecting their performance skills in order to become a pristine representation of what ALL the youth at SPAA can and will become.
